My older sister used to draw the "imaginary line" down the center of the volkswagon bug backseat. There was NO demilitarized (sp?) zone....there was only "her space" and "my space"....and of course THAT tempted me beyond my limited power of restraint. I HAD to cross the line. Repeatedly. " How very true. I will try to remember this next time I'm tempted to interfere in the protracted (and painful!) negotiations on just about anything between my spouse and our son.
