I am lucky enough to have a grandparent 10 minutes away to help a single mother out! She keeps my seet terror two nights a week...one night is Saturday night! Yeah me! It's my single friends who can't understand why I do not go to EVERYTHING the are able to go to! They know I struggle, they know I have ONE income and yet, if I say I have to pass on a group activity there is a collective sigh. But I really think I am taking time for myself but sometimes I have to choose between Jimmy Buffet and oh say eating for a week. We like to eat at my house. How do you have a kid and make them your main (not only) priority; be an involved parent and still have a mostly single base of firends!? Is it possible!? Maybe I should just stop analyzing it...or answering my own questions! I am on chapter 7 and I love the book! Ok so I get this.
