Um. Yeah. The article doesn't talk about gender non-conforming kids. Because. Well. I guess because we wanted an upbeat article. Hah. My kid has found acceptance at his public school presenting as female, using male or female pronouns as they seemed handy. He's not interested in blockers or HRT. He is who he is, and he has friends and family who love and accept him. He is a minority within a minority within a minority; and nobody ever writes stories about this minority. I love this kid, and everything he stands for. And the school's reaction has made me believe in humanity again (for now).
