Concept cars don”t have to meet crash-test or emission standards. They can be made of cotton batting and OLED film, covered in hard-shell fructose. They just need to make a statement, and to communicate the weird ideas of advanced design teams: daydreamers and windmill tippers to a one.
We spoke to these fantasists-in-chief from Bugatti, Mercedes, Porsche, and many others in Frankfurt, and had them walk us through their crazed creations.
