Now, in addition to acting as one of the Chicago Tribune’s parenting experts, I’m also apparently one of their automotive experts. Check out this article in which I give some obvious advice about what to do when trying to select a used car.
Chick Fight!
I talk to Glee’s Ashley Fink–who plays plus-sized diva Lauren Zizes–and she does not deny rumors of participating in a Jell-O wrestling chick-fight on tonight’s episode, “Silly Love Songs”. Read our interview over at Vanity Fair.
The Gay Guide to Glee Returns
Glee is back, which means so is The Gay Guide to Glee–my cruel, loving, weekly re-cap of the show–over at Vanity Fair. Apparently, some people thought I was too mean this week, creating a teensy backlash. I obviously don’t think so. But click over and judge for yourself.
Scoring the Superbowl
PJ Bloom is the Music Supervisor on Glee, and has worked on films for Steven Spielberg, Mike Nichols, and Ridley Scott. He’s even chosen the music for Space Mountain. So I thought it would be cool if he created a soundtrack that traced the emotional path of a Super Bowl viewer. He did too, so he made this play-by-play playlist for Vanity Fair.
Glee Season 2.5 Preview
What’s on tap for the second half of Season Two of The Gayest Show on Television? Well, to find out, I talked to all five of my favorite Glee actors–Max Adler, Chord Overstreet, Kevin McHale, Harry Shum Jr., and Heather Morris–and compiled their answers into one giant article for Vanity Fair. Scoop all your scoop right here!

How Swede It Is
I help a friend shop for cars from the Land of the Midnight Sun by comparing the new offerings from Volvo (now owned by the Chinese) and Saab (now owned by the Dutch, the Emirates, and some guys that may have ties to organized crime.) All for Vanity Fair.
How to End Whining
The Gay Uncle samples from your child’s whine cellar, and declares it turned (in the Chicago Tribune.) Check it out, or forever be a victim of whining.
I Cover Robert Flack
A dysfunctional pre-school, an amazing record collection, copious amounts of alcohol, a bathtub, and Roberta Flack all figure prominently in the piece I did for the Soundtrack Series. Listen to it here.
My Brother’s Band Rocks SHOWTIME
My brother’s band, The High Strung, has landed the theme song for Showtime’s US version of the hit British show SHAMELESS, which is all about an alcoholic father and his adorably dysfunctional brood of a half-dozen kids. Watch listen to the one minute video here.
